Partner with Visa leads to design and implement scalable solutions. Commit to sprint deliverables and participate actively in Agile ceremonies. Monitor and maintain code quality using SonarQube and adhere to cyber security standards (Checkmarx, OSV). Perform security assessments and contribute to engineering tooling (dashboards, certificate automation). Review engineering excellence dashboards to ensure productivity targets are met. Lead and participate in design/code reviews to uphold development standards. Drive end-to-end development efforts and communicate status, risks, and issues effectively. Ensure minimum 3–5 meaningful commits per day and maintain sprint metrics (10 story points per sprint, 80 SP per team, 1 feature per person). Manage onboarding/offboarding of pod members in coordination with Visa teams. Expertise You'll Bring: Strong coding skills with a focus on quality and security. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, and OSV dashboards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
