Plant General Manager

Responsibilities: Factory Setup and Launch: Oversee factory construction, equipment procurement, and compliance with local regulations. Production Operations Management: Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely delivery and quality. Team Building and Management: Build and manage the factory team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Quality Control and Compliance: Implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Cost Control and Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, optimizing costs and improving profitability. Supply Chain and Customer Relationship Management: Coordinate supply chain resources and maintain strong customer relationships. Strategic Support and Reporting: Support strategic development in Mexico and report regularly on factory operations. Qualifications: Work Experience: Over 10 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years as a factory manager; experience in Mexico preferred. Skill Requirements: Proficiency in factory operations, team management, and local regulations; multilingual skills are a plus. Personal Qualities: Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
