What you’ll do As Engineering Manager, you will lead a diverse team of data engineers, machine learning engineers, software developers, and analysts. Your main responsibilities include building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and developing applications for energy trading. You’ll work closely with a product manager to set technical direction, mentor your team, and ensure high-quality, impactful solutions. This role calls for strong skills in data and software engineering, system design, and cross-functional leadership. Is this about you? Proven experience managing engineering teams, mentoring developers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. What we have to offer Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €145.000 Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
