Conveyancing Solicitor - NQ - 3 years PQE Location: Stratford Job Type: Full-time, Office-Based Salary: Competitive We're recruiting for a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established, Stratford based Law Firm. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions in a dynamic and supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Draft and review various property-related documents including contracts and leases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the transaction process. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, procedural, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care. Proven ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a track record of handling complex property transactions.
