Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate

One of our key clients, with a stellar reputation in Property matters, is seeking a commercially astute and experienced Senior Associate (ideally with 5-7 years' PQE) to join the London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top-tier clients (including sophisticated developers, institutional funds, investors, and corporate occupiers) on a range of complex, high-value matters. You will play a key role in delivering strategic real estate advice on a wide variety of projects, including: Landlord & tenant matters (core requirement) Pre-lets, acquisitions for development and advising on title constraints Acting for institutional funds and lenders, including preparation of COTs Navigating ESG considerations across the asset lifecycle Supervising and mentoring junior team members Supporting a growing client base of leading developers and corporate clients. This is a client-facing role, which offers autonomy, responsibility and the chance to be involved in some of the most exciting commercial Real Estate work in the market.
