The Role You will manage a varied caseload, advising employer and employee clients on: Unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements TUPE, contract drafting, and policy advice Representation at Employment Tribunal hearings You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
