Team Leader Grindlay Court Social Work Centre Salary: £54,476 - £65,184 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks Two permanent posts - * Team Leader, Justice Practice Team * Team Leader, CISSO, Crane and SAVOLO Edinburgh Justice Services are committed to providing high quality services while ensuring a compassionate approach to people accessing our services and supporting staff wellbeing. We offer a high level of training to support continuous professional development and to deliver a broad range of interventions, including established accredited group work programmes. We are implementing Trauma Informed Care, Safe & Together™ and Restorative Justice practice models and interventions across our services. An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are looking to recruit two Team Leaders to join our Justice Practice Team and CISSO, Crane and SAVOLO Team. You will be accountable to the Sector Manager, for the management, professional oversight and organisation of your team offering an integrated range of social work services in the justice system, providing professional leadership, support and direct supervision to your team. This includes working with a range of partners across all justice services. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of National Outcomes and Standards and public protection, be willing to work in a dynamic environment and to contribute to an inclusive culture that values and respects diversity and lived experience.
