Senior Sales Development Representative – SaaS / Tech Hybrid (UK-based) | £35,000 – £40,000 Basic £60,000–£70,000 OTE Consultative SaaS Sales | Global Trade Tech | High-Growth Company Are you an experienced SDR who’s outgrown the “spray and pray” model? Ready to work with a sophisticated SaaS product where every conversation matters? Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming the world of customs and global trade. Their cloud-based platform helps some of the world’s biggest brands simplify complex trade operations - using automation, real-time analytics, and smart compliance. They’re looking for a confident, commercially astute Sales Development Representative . Someone who knows how to build meaningful, consultative conversations with senior decision-makers in global businesses. This isn’t an entry-level SDR role. You’ll be working high-value, strategic accounts and collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build intelligent, targeted outreach that genuinely opens doors. ✨ What you’ll be doing Running smart, multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage senior decision-makers in global companies Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities with a consultative, value-led approach Researching and personalising outreach to align with each prospect’s trade and compliance needs Collaborating with AEs and Marketing to craft account-based strategies that convert Managing and reporting on pipeline, insights, and performance metrics Representing the brand confidently in calls, demos, and industry events Who you are An experienced SDR / BDR with a proven track record in SaaS or B2B tech Skilled at consultative sales: you can open intelligent conversations, not just scripts Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers across enterprise or global organisations Data-driven and strategic in your approach to pipeline building A strong communicator with the energy, curiosity, and resilience to succeed Looking for a next step that offers autonomy, sophistication, and impact What’s on offer £35K–£40K base £60K–£70K OTE (uncapped) Hybrid flexibility (office remote) A global SaaS business that’s scaling fast and investing in growth High-quality leads, complex conversations, and a supportive, intelligent team culture A genuine career path to Account Executive and beyond If you’re a motivated SDR who’s ready for more - this could be the role that elevates your career.
