Interim Residential Home Manager Dumfries 3 month contract £300 day rate Monday - Friday We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Care Residential Home Manager to lead our client's team and oversee the operations of their 26-bedroom care home in Dumfries. You will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. Key Tasks: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home Managing and leading a team of care staff Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements Developing and implementing care plans for residents Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community Requirements: Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and experience in care management.
