Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant

Job Description Job Description Manufacturers rep located in Freeport, NY is seeking a full time, detail-oriented, energetic and self-motivated Bookkeeper to support the accounting team and controller. The ideal candidate will have meticulous organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Assist with credit and collections general ledger entries bank reconciliations accounts payable/receivable managing company travel Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as defined by the controller. Qualifications 3 years diverse bookkeeping experience necessary Knowledge of QuickBooks required Knowledge of Microsoft Navision a plus. Some property management experience is a bonus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Capable of managing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced, complex setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
