Area Manager (Free State and Northen Cape)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across the Free State and Northern Cape regions . This position requires regular travel to various client sites, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent customer service. Requirements: Trade Tested Electrician or relevant technical qualification (advantageous) Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the electrical or facilities maintenance industry Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong background in commercial and shopping centre environments Valid Code 8 driver’s licence (Code 10 advantageous) Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Reliable transport Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate regional teams and projects across the Free State and Northern Cape Ensure quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and on-time completion of all jobs Conduct site inspections, report on progress, and handle client interactions professionally Support head office operations and ensure efficient communication between teams Drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors Remuneration: Negotiable IMPORTANT: Applications close 31 October 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
