Then read on and discover more about this role. Functieomschrijving As an operator in EttenLeur you make sure production runs smoothly from mixing to filling. You prepare orders, adjust machines, check quality, and help fix small issues. What you’ll do in general Operate and adjust mixing or filling machines ensuring machines are set correctly for each batch Monitor quality check products meet standards and report deviations promptly Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs to avoid downtime Keep accurate records and reports input from you helps improve processes Follow safety, hygiene, and procedural guidelines working cleanly and safely at all times Collaborate with colleagues sharing ideas, helping each other, and contributing to team success Functievereisten What we ask from you Experience as a production environment. Ability to communicate in English. Willingness to work in a 2 or 3shift system. Technical insight and problemsolving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Team spirit and good communication skills. Arbeidsvoorwaarden What we offer you Monthly salary between €3.000, and €3.600, gross (fulltime), including shift allowance. Shift allowance of 12% or 21.5% in 2 or 3shift schedules. 40hour workweek, including a paid halfhour break each day. 200 holiday hours plus 4 ATV days per year (fulltime). 8.33% holiday pay that you receive in May.
