Opportunity: Commercial Manager / Contract Manager | Wirral | PFI/FM Sector Boden are working exclusively with a leading PFI/FM specialist to recruit a Commercial / Contract Manager for a major project in the Wirral area. This role offers the chance to oversee long-term PFI contracts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial performance. Location: Wirral - Remote Package: Up to £82,000 with £7,000 car allowance and 20% bonus Contract: Permanent Role Overview: Take ownership of commercial and contractual obligations across multiple PFI projects Represent the client on key agreements, ensuring governance and compliance Oversee supplier delivery, manage variations and mitigate performance risks Lead on reporting, audits, budgets and contract reviews Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and service partners What You’ll Bring: Background in Facilities Management, Construction or PFI contract delivery Demonstrable experience in commercial management or contract management roles Strong knowledge of PFI operations, financial management and risk frameworks Ability to negotiate contracts and manage suppliers effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What’s on Offer?
