Project Manager – Marine Civil Engineering Stirling / Oban (Hybrid Travel) £60,000–£65,000 Excellent Benefits Full-time | Permanent Build Something New. Make an Impact. We’re hiring a Project Manager to help launch and lead a brand-new marine civil engineering function within a well-established marine group. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, lead project delivery, and grow the utilisation of a modern vessel fleet — all while staying close to the action. What You’ll Do: • Lead end-to-end delivery of marine/water infrastructure projects • Manage bids, budgets, and multi-site operations • Work closely with vessels, ops teams, and international colleagues • Build lasting client relationships and project partnerships • Drive the development of a brand-new in-house capability What You’ll Bring: • 8–10 years’ post-grad experience in civil engineering • Strong background in marine, reservoir or water-related projects • Proven project management across the full lifecycle • Proactive, collaborative, and ready to lead • Based in (or can travel to) Stirling or Oban What’s on Offer: • £60,000–£65,000 bonus potential • Enhanced pension: 5% employee / 10% employer contribution • Private healthcare life insurance • All travel/accommodation covered when needed • 31 days holiday flexible hybrid working • Long-term growth into a central leadership role This is more than a job — it's your chance to create, lead and grow a new function from the ground up.
