This seasonal role requires a polished individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner Assist in coordinating guest experiences, including tours, tastings, and special events Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold the estate’s brand values and ensure consistent service excellence Requirements: Previous experience in guest relations, front of house, or hospitality is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure Knowledge of wine and luxury hospitality would be advantageous Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Well-presented with a positive and service-orientated attitude This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to work in a world-class luxury hospitality environment within the Cape Winelands.
