The salary will be negotiable after 3 months. Key roles: Field, qualify and respond to customer enquiries from global channels Manage quoting, order follow up Build maintain customer relationships ensure repeat business Support expansion into new regions and product markets while nurturing existing customers Sales and Commercial support: Prepare accurate quotations including costing and forex calculations Negotiate prices within approval margin networks Source new products Contribute to weekly sales forecasts Provide cover and continuity Admiration and Export calculations: Work with export sales coordinator to ensure documentation accuracy Record and track quotations and orders Contribute to maintaining proper audit trails Cross cultural adaptations Strong interpersonal skills High resilience problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently Performance measure: Responsiveness Grow new accounts Relationship management Step in during overloads and travel Work hours: Standard business and flextime when needed Regional and international travel required when needed Use of computer supplied by company Telephone from company Education: Diploma in business and international trade Degree in business, international trade, logistics, related filed In lieu of qualifications: strong business in export sales experience Required experience: 3 5 years export sales trade and or international business Demonstrated ability to generate quotes negotiate deals, manage commercial process Important skills: Understand forex, costing, margins, incoterms Proactive entrepreneurial approach to source new business Daily discipline Excellent written and verbal skills Additional languages Swahilli, French, Chinese, Mandarin and English
