Job Description

Requirements: Hospitality Certificate or Diploma. 23 years experience in a similar guest relations or front office role. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills. Professional, well-presented, friendly, and approachable demeaner. High attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability. Own reliable transport to and from work.
