Project Commercial Manager

FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Commercial Manager based in Aberdeen on a Contract basis for approx. 6 months initially, with the potential for extensions or transfer to a permanent role thereafter. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all commercial, contractual, and administrative aspects of our client’s projects, ensuring smooth execution from contract award through completion. Main duties include: • Act as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams • Manage contracts, tendering, and subcontract negotiations to deliver value • Resolve commercial and contractual issues, ensuring full compliance with obligations • Support project planning, budgeting, cost reporting, invoicing, and procurement • Provide strategic advice to project teams and optimize project control processes Suitable candidates should have the following: • Strong background in commercial and contract management within offshore energy sectors • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
