Join us and lead transformative initiatives across Networks, IT, and Operations. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document current-state business processes across Telecommunications domains.Identify inefficiencies and design future-state workflows using BPM tools and methodologies.Lead business process efficiency and BPM initiatives aligned with strategic goals.Apply Six Sigma, SIPOC, and modelling tools like ARIS to streamline operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process designs.Monitor and report on the impact of implemented improvements. Required Qualifications8 years as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Deep expertise in Telecommunications—especially Network, IT, and Operational processes.Proven success in leading BPM and process improvement projects.Strong command of Six Sigma, SIPOC, and ARIS.Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
