Test coordinator (warehouse management and supply chain)

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading retail organisation to deliver a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Testing Coordinator with a strong focus on Warehouse Management (WM) and Supply Chain modules to join this high-profile initiative. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities across SAP S/4HANA WM and Supply Chain workstreams. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and scripts. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality. Drive defect management processes, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues to program leadership. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Testing Coordinator or Test Lead in large ERP/SAP programs. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA , particularly Warehouse Management and Supply Chain. Experience in managing multiple test phases (System, SIT, UAT, Regression). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
