Senior Project Manager - HVAC Location: Chelmsford Area Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) About the Company Our client is a well-established HVAC contracting company with an excellent reputation within the restaurant sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager, or an M&E Site Supervisor looking to take the next step, to join a supportive and forward-thinking business. Role Overview Reporting directly to the Projects Director, the Senior Project Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects from initial take-off through to handover. You will collaborate with the Director, Design Engineers, and senior team members to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Projects Director to deliver projects from take-off to handover Conduct site surveys and assist with design specifications Manage project labour, budgets, and timelines Attend design team meetings with clients, architects, and contractors Coordinate HVAC layouts with other trades on-site Attend regular on-site meetings with clients and/or principal contractors Provide project updates and ensure high standards of communication and delivery Travel to sites as required (mobile working) Full training on in-house systems will be provided. Requirements Proven Project Management experience within the HVAC industry, or experience as an M&E Site Supervisor looking to progress Strong understanding of HVAC systems is essential SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player What's on Offer Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) Support with further training and professional development 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Laptop and mobile phone provided Free on-site parking Please note: Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future cannot be considered for this role.
