Job Description

General Summary: In charge of the human resources operations of the Foundry and Machining facilities. Recruitment and Selection, Employee Labor Relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee development and training, employee communication, and compliance with applicable labor laws, as well as the development and administration of policies and procedures, are all essential components of maintaining a positive relationship and environment with the union. Acts as the company's legal representative in matters concerning labor administration. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Administer and interpret the policies and procedures of the organization. Oversee all temporary, internal, and external personnel recruitment and selection. Oversee the payroll process, performance evaluation, employee compensation, and benefits. Oversee the training and development procedures. Maintaining consistent communication with all employees is imperative to ensure their awareness of plant news, employee recognition, and policies and procedures. Facilitate communication between the organization and government agencies that oversee human resource management and represent the company in the Labor Board's administrative hearings. Oversee the creation and preservation of precise employee data, which encompasses both electronic and paper records. In charge of the administration and surveillance of HR and corporate key performance indicators. Execute work systems (EAD) in accordance with the organization's requirements. The management of the certification procedure for critical positions. The labor relations procedure involves collective negotiations and management. Engages in activities associated with the EMS, including internal audits. Manage the medical area. Competencies: Administrative Planner and Organizer Analysis capacity Systemic thinking High Influence Technical Knowledge of Federal Labor Law Manage multiple projects. Manages and ensures laws or requirements from IMSS, INFONAVIT and others. Understanding ISO 9001-2015 and IATF principles Knowledge of Social Security Law (IMSS). Knowledge of STPS Regulations Manages relationships with unions. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain stationary 50%. Must be able to move around the office and on the floor, tours, etc. Constantly operate a computer and other office devices such as a calculator, copier, and printer. Must be able to communicate frequently with employees and others in person and by telephone. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of general human resources experience. Minimum of 5 years of human resources management in a manufacturing environment Bilingual 80% (Spanish English).
