First Brands Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Jr. for our Share Service Fram in San Luis Potosí location! 100% presencial/bilingual Job Duties and Responsibilities: Purchase order processing with high accuracy and efficiency Managing and organizing large volumes of data Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis Verifying purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar Strong attention to detail Process improvement for order and data management Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams Education and Experience: Degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Marketing or related 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service preferred Quick Learner Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status
