Job Title : Human Resources Manager 岗位名称：人力资源经理（驻墨西哥） Location：San Luis Potosí 办公地点：圣路易斯波托西 Job Responsility： Streamline HR service processes based on company business development needs, oversee the delivery of all HR services to ensure efficiency and quality; Lead HR operations for overseas subsidiaries, build HR teams aligned with business growth requirements, develop 3-5 year HR plans for business segments to support operational expansion; Lead recruitment efforts for overseas subsidiaries, develop annual hiring plans and oversee implementation to ensure timely and quality staffing of business teams; Manage employee relations for overseas subsidiaries, including conducting satisfaction surveys and planning employee care initiatives to foster a harmonious and stable work environment; Perform other duties as assigned by superiors. 岗位职责： 1、根据公司业务发展需要，梳理人事服务流程，跟进落实各项人事服务的提供，保证人事服务流程的效率及质量； 2、负责海外分公司人事工作的开展，基于业务发展需要，搭建人事团队，制定业务板块3-5年的人力资源规划，为业务发展提供支持； 3、负责海外分公司招聘工作的开展，制定年度招聘计划并跟进实施，保证业务团队人员填充速度及质量； 4、负责海外分公司员工关系工作的开展，包含员工满意度调查及员工关怀活动策划等，保证分公司和谐稳定的工作氛围； 5、上级交代的其他工作。 Recruitment Requirements： Bachelor's degree or higher from a nationally recognized institution; Spanish proficiency required for work communication; 5-10 years of HR-related experience; overseas HR management experience, especially in Latin American engineering firms, preferred; Proficient in office software with basic IT knowledge; Strong learning ability, communication skills, teamwork spirit, and resilience under pressure; Alignment with company culture and core values; passion for HR work; high professional integrity; willingness to undertake extended business travel. 岗位要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言，会西语加分项； 2、5-10年人力资源相关工作经验，具备海外人事主管，在拉美地区工程公司经验者优先考虑； 3、能熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的网络知识； 4、具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力及抗压能力； 5、认同公司文化及核心价值观，热爱人力资源工作，职业素养高，能接受较长时间出差。 → Apply Now: Click "Apply" or email resume to stacy.xia@ijilian.com
