English Teacher - Secondary Schools (Wellingborough) Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term/Temp-to-Perm Salary: £120-£250 per day (depending on experience and pay scale) Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to work in a thriving secondary school in the Wellingborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and deliver high-quality English education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The Role: Teaching English Language and Literature to KS3 and KS4 students Planning engaging lessons that cater to mixed abilities Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment Monitoring student progress and providing timely feedback Contributing to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Degree in English or a related subject Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (placements or paid roles) A strong understanding of the English national curriculum A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare A positive and proactive approach to teaching Why Work with Tradewind?
