Your tasks - Dispatch and coordination of national and international transports in trade fair & event logistics - Coordination of suppliers, drivers, and service providers before and during events - Scheduling and slot management in close coordination with Customers - Ensuring on-time delivery to exhibition halls / event sites - Use of digital tools (Salesforce, MS Teams, Sharepoint) for process management Your profile - Experience in dispatching, ideally in trade fair or event logistics - Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to make decisions under pressure - High resilience and ability to remain solution-oriented in stressful situations - Strong communication skills, teamwork, and natural customer orientation - Very good Spanish and English skills; German is an advantage - Willingness to work flexible hours and 24/7 availability during events What we offer - Exciting and responsible tasks in an international environment - A modern office in Valencia and a international Team - Development opportunities in marketplace/IT services - Training opportunities in logistics, event management, and IT - Attractive compensation, bonus opportunities, and flexible working models Application Please send your application (CV & short motivation) to: gueray.saritas@europfast.com
