Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards Inspire students to develop a love for literature and language Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through effective classroom management Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Contribute to the development of a forward-thinking English department Promote a positive and inclusive learning environmentIdeal Candidate Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature Experience teaching English up to GCSE level Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies Passionate about inspiring young minds and fostering a love of reading and writing Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeingWhy Work with Monarch Education?
