Benefits Competitive salary with regular reviews Opportunities for professional development, training, and mentorship Exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects A creative, collaborative workplace cultureDaily Duties Lead or support design development from concept through to detailed design Produce architectural / interior drawings, specification documents and visualisations Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections during construction phases Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for design deliverables Keep up to date with building regulations, sustainability standards, materials, and technologies Assist in bidding, proposals, client presentations, and securing planning approvalsIdeal Candidate Qualified (or near qualified- Part 3 with exam up and coming) Strong technical design skills and proficiency in relevant software- Vectorworks ideally Excellent visual and verbal communication skills Able to balance creativity with pragmatism- designing within constraints Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks / deadlines Experience working across project phases from concept through to site execution A passion for sustainability, innovation, and high design standards To apply, please contact KAZ on (phone number removed) OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to I hope to hear from you soon
