Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position Calm under pressure, with a naturally welcoming presence. Strong communicator with a knack for anticipating needs. Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards Comfortable with basic tech (radios, booking systems) and logistical coordination. Able to work day and night shifts Warm, confident, and professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Emotionally intelligent and intuitively responsive to guest needs Team player with a proactive mindset
