Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist Job Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid (UK – occasional travel) Salary: Up to £40,000 D.O.E Key Skills: B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, HubSpot, SaaS, Campaign Management Do you have a background in demand generation and marketing automation ? Working within a dynamic marketing and sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing existing opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline through targeted inbound and outbound activity. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, optimise, and drive measurable impact while working closely with cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives. Key Skills / Experience: Proven experience delivering multi-channel demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact (3 years). Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Track record of lead nurturing workflows and campaign optimisation. Background in HR/Payroll or enterprise software marketing (advantageous). Excellent collaboration skills with a commercial and results-focused mindset.
