Company Description Solfit Ltd is an exciting small & young company. We manufacture a revolutionary in-roof solar systems for the new build and retrofit market. Role Description We are seeking a driven, ambitious and experienced individual to help build a national sales team and help us grow and take market share in a very buoyant market. This is a full-time role for a Sales and New Business Development Manager for Solfit Ltd. Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK. Head office is based in Penrith, Cumbria but remote working is fine. The responsibilities include developing and managing new business opportunities with electrical wholesalers and housing developers , conducting sales presentations, managing accounts, and generating leads. The role involves identifying and fostering relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Qualifications Skills in New Business Development Expertise in Sales Presentations and Sales techniques Experience in Account Management Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the Solar PV or roofing or the building trade or electrical wholesale trade Interpersonal Skills Must be energetic and enthusiastic Able to motivate and manage a sales team have a passion for sales Perks Company Vehicle & fuel card Computer Telephone Wage £45K- £75K Plus sales related bonuses depending on experience
