Lead Business Analyst Worcester | Hybrid A leading non-profit organisation are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their growing Technology Business Analysis division. In this leadership role, you’ll drive complex business change initiatives, mentor fellow analysts, and play a key part in shaping the future of technology within the organisation. You’ll work across cross-functional delivery teams to ensure user needs are at the heart of every solution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across programmes, products and projects Own and oversee BA activities – from requirements elicitation to UX design and change adoption Collaborate with senior stakeholders to maximise value and alignment to Group strategy Support service improvements and oversee contractor delivery Manage team development, recruitment, and performance planning Experience Required: Proven experience in a senior or lead BA role within tech-driven environments Excellent skills in process mapping, user requirements, and service design A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience A relevant degree or professional qualification Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required) Please apply for full details!
