Job Description
Overview ANALISTA DADOS PLENO - Enterprise Business Services Responsibilities Conduct interviews with clients (and data providers) to understand business problems and detail the solution to be developed, with management support depending on the complexity of the demand. Use Informatica Data Governance & Quality to catalog metadata, connect systems used by the company, and build quality rules. Present insights and results to the business with guidance from management, exposing and validating assumptions in a way that is easily understood by business stakeholders. Promote a data intelligence and data governance culture; support data-driven decision-making across Mosaic departments; prioritize solution development based on potential vs. effort criteria. Develop data flows and automation to streamline data extraction, cleaning, processing, etc. Design dashboards, reports, and complex analyses and manage their audience. Integrate data from different sources into Informatica Data Quality, catalog the data, apply governance practices, and create rules with business area support. With management guidance, create, manage, and update dashboards/reports to identify deviations in KPIs, and prepare detailed analyses to identify root causes and support process improvement. Develop automations to support dashboard, analysis, and report updates. Support and improve the availability and efficiency of Data Intelligence systems. Apply data exploration and data quality assessment techniques to identify candidates for quality and process improvements. Develop standards and best-practice documentation; create or review documentation related to developed solutions. Review and maintain internal governance models focused on information flow and continuous internal improvement, supporting decision-making and increasing productivity and quality. Capture client perceptions of quality and satisfaction, as well as any deviations and issues in deliveries for correction and maintenance/improvement of service levels. Establish and maintain a client relationship model, aiming at accountability regarding agreed service levels and costs and continuous improvement. Conduct agile meetings/rituals to build the backlog and manage the development of demands under your responsibility.
