Job Title: Techno-Functional Developer / Analyst (Workday HCM) Employment Type: Contract Technology: Workday HCM About the Role We are seeking a Techno-Functional Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Workday HCM to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves a blend of business analysis, functional design, and Workday configuration . The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support of Workday HCM functionalities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements . Translate business needs into functional design specifications . Perform data analysis to support decision-making and solution design. Act as a Workday configuration SME , ensuring best practices and compliance. Review and validate test cases for completeness and accuracy. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve issues promptly. Create and maintain knowledge base documents and response catalogs for internal and client use. Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR standards during all activities. Required Skills & Experience 3 years of experience in Workday HCM as a techno-functional consultant or analyst. Strong understanding of Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting . Proven experience in business analysis and functional documentation . Ability to work in nearshore/offshore models and collaborate with global teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
