£40,000 - £45,900 Mon to Fri, 8AM - 5PM Covering Cumbria 1 in 8 call out with £115 retainer and 4 hrs paid if called out Overtime available Van, phone, laptop provided Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit an Electrician to cover Cumbria on a single, major Government contract, completing electrical maintenance. With a company van you will cover your region, completing planned and reactive electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, distribution boards, power circuits, and some minor non electrical repairs. The sites are high street branches with some call centre type environments This is a fantastic role for a confident Electrical Engineer looking to deliver a mobile repairs service, taking ownership of your work and the sites you are involved in. Actions will include: Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded. Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks. To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work. Ensure that all electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria We need from you: Electrical qualifications, some experience ideally in a similar role Ability to go through background security check
