Role: Senior Commercial Manager Location: Tidworh Salary: £85,000–£87,000 Car / car allowance Contract: Hybrid (on site 3 days a week) About the Role: We are working with a leading Facilities Management (FM) company seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities across a major MOD PFI contract (running to 2041). You’ll provide commercial guidance, manage change and risk, focusing on FM services rather than construction. This is a people-focused role requiring strong relationship-building, PFI or FM contract experience, and a solid understanding of FM processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial policy, governance, and process improvements. Manage change requests, assess risks, and support pricing strategy. Provide commercial advice across the business and lead stakeholder negotiations. Ensure contract compliance and embed commercial awareness across teams. Requirements: Significant experience in PFI/PPP or large FM/service contracts (MOD/government experience a plus). Strong commercial and risk management skills, with a focus on people and process. Experience managing or mentoring small teams; FM knowledge essential. Educated to degree level in Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
