Your Responsibilities * Design and implement future-ready HR processes in S/4HANA. * Lead data migration and interface design between legacy and cloud systems. * Collaborate with HR and IT to streamline and standardize processes. * Support governance and change management initiatives. * Be open to learn other HR Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters) and contributing to broader transformation efforts. Qualifications * Strong SAP HCM experience (PA/OM, Time/Leave, Travel), interfaces & payroll is an advantage * Experience with HCM transformations or S/4HANA migrations is an advantage * Hands-on experience with data migration and system integration. * Fluent in English; German is a plus. We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position.
