Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings at Socorro Regional Hospital. Conduct swallow studies and treatments , helping patients improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress accurately in accordance with facility and licensing standards. Educate patients and their families on therapy goals, treatments, and home exercises.
