CoE Specialist

We are seeking a CoE Specialist to join our team in Sandton (JHB), onsite, initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible to collaboratively define, review, maintain and improve business analysis/process engineering standards, practices, methods and techniques. Create and maintain and continuously improve a collection of company and industry-best practices for business analysis/process engineering and the creation of business analysis /process engineering artefacts, aligned to the gold standards. Conduct market research, benchmark and feasibility studies to continuously improve, and business analysis/process engineering skill sets. Critical and key requirements for this role include, but are not limited to: - System integration using different technologies - Data analytics and insights - Extensive reporting - Process engineering/analysis - SharePoint development - Business analysis experience Data Engineering or Data Science experience is advantageous. Additionally, banking experience is an added advantage. Experience with ARIS, Celonis, and any process mining tools would also be beneficial. It's important that the candidate can work independently with minimal supervision.
