Sales / Business Development Executive (BDM)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the UK and international markets. Identify and engage new brokers, intermediaries, and strategic partners across relevant industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Collaborate with underwriting and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain a deep understanding of Accquiss product offerings and market positioning. Deliver regular performance and pipeline reports to management. Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets as set by the business. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management , preferably within financial services, insurance, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of surety, bonding, or financial lines is advantageous. Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and commercially astute. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
