Based on the packing list, you check if the right order is packed, you enter the data with any accompanying certificates into the system and make sure it is sent at the right time. The processing of this data is done in English, which is the working language within the organization. You therefore have an excellent command of this language, both verbally and in writing. You also enjoy accurately entering data into the system and contacting suppliers by e-mail or telephone. Besides the administrative part you are also involved in preparing boxes and pallets for shipment.
