Civil's Planning Engineer

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Civils Planning Engineer interested in opportunities on a contract basis, to be located in Suffolk. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), calendars, and key dates. Integrate cost and resource data into the schedule, ensuring alignment with the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Monitor project progress, update schedules regularly, and assess programme risks. Liaise with stakeholders and other work packages to communicate the agreed construction planning approach and share best practices. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in civils/highways planning, with a strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project reporting. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
