The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the UK — ensuring financial performance, cost control, and contract compliance across the board. You’ll work closely with both operational teams and clients to ensure delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities * Full commercial oversight of fast-track fit-out schemes * Preparation of cost plans, tender documents and contract management * Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management * Accurate reporting on project costs, forecasting and risk * Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Mentoring and supporting junior commercial team members * Ensuring adherence to contract terms and project budgets About You * 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fit-out or fast-paced contracting * Proven track record in leading multiple projects concurrently * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS preferred) * Excellent communication and leadership ability * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working – typically 2–3 days remote * Full benefits package * Supportive leadership team with a strong pipeline of secured work * Clear progression opportunities into Commercial Management Ready to take the next step?
