Carpenter-Multi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a reputable and growing construction and maintenance company. The Role: You will carry out a wide variety of carpentry and general maintenance tasks across occupied and unoccupied residential properties, as well as corporate and civic buildings. Typical works include: * First and second fix carpentry * Fitting various types of doors (including fire doors) * Kitchen installations and DFG adaptations * Ceramic wall tiling and decorative works * Minor plumbing and general maintenance tasks Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality carpentry and general building repairs * Work independently and efficiently across a range of properties * Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times * Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety procedures * Successfully pass DBS and Police vetting checks prior to employment What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a skilled carpenter (minimum 3 years’ experience) * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry * Competency in at least two additional trade skills (e.g., plumbing, tiling, decorating) * Knowledge of building materials, methods, and industry regulations * Experience in: * UPVC repairs and maintenance (doors/windows) * Kitchen or bathroom installations (1st & 2nd Fix) * Fire door installation and regulations * Basic plumbing and general maintenance * Full UK driving licence required Additional Requirements: * Must provide own tools * Willingness to undertake and pass a DBS check prior to starting If you’re a reliable, skilled, and enthusiastic tradesperson with a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
