Year 1 Teacher

Academics in Leeds are recruiting a year 1 teacher for one of our schools based in Wakefield- the position will be commencing in January 2026 , until the end of the academic year with a possibility of a direct contract at the end of the summer term! Enthusiastic and motivated ECT's will also be considered for this year 1 teacher position. The school is looking for a dedicated year 1 teacher with key stage 1 experience. This school has a very supportive SLT and regular provide CPD for all staff. The ideal year 1 teacher will have the ability to engage pupils with differentiated and creative lessons to suit all abilities.
