Job Description Job Description Benefits: Bonus based on performance Paid time off Profit sharing Installer for doors, windows, water heater, tubs, under skirting, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, HVAC equipment and 200 electrical services. Most work is on mobile and modular homes but residential and commercial as well. Also routine maintenance and remolding's for properties owned by owners. Must have some construction and repair experience. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and carpentry is helpful. Must have a valid driver's license with a reasonably good driving record and transportation to get to work. Need to have or be able to obtain your own hand tools. Must have some type of construction and or mobile home experience or background . Can not have any physical issues that would prevent you from climbing ladders, crawling under homes, working on roofs and lifting heavy items as well as working in cold and heat. If you have a temper or can't work with others, do not apply. A background check and drug test will be done. Pay will be discussed and will be based on your experience.
