Job Description Job Description Five Star Nissan of Florence is hiring our next Vehicle Exchange Manager The Vehicle Exchange Manager will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about inventory, product, service and financing options. The primary focus is customer retention via quality communication and service. Qualifications for the role include: Prefer two or more years of Auto Sales Experience or other relevant retail experience such as furniture, appliance, cellular or tech sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to assist service customers who wish to upgrade to a newer vehicle model Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus Automotive Sales experience a bonus! Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Responsibilities Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
