The Head of Delivery is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and the highest standards of delivery quality for clients across multiple geographies. This role leads the industrialization and optimization of delivery processes, manages large project portfolios, and drives a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery Process Industrialization & Standardization Design and implement standardized, scalable delivery frameworks tailored to diverse client and project types. Deploy collaborative platforms and automation tools (RPA, AI, low-code/no-code) to ensure reliability, efficiency, and repeatability of delivery processes. Structure and oversee shared service centers (nearshore/offshore) to optimize service quality and cost control Reduce Direct cost thanks to pyramids, cross staffing, factories 2. Portfolio & Project Management Oversee the end-to-end management of large project portfolios, from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments. Implement and monitor project management methodologies (PMP, Lean, Kaizen) and tools (PPM platforms) to drive performance and transparency. Lead project reviews, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. 3.Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and delivery timeliness. Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Promote best practices in quality management (ISO standards, FMEA, Six Sigma) and ensure their adoption across all teams. 4. Leadership & Talent Development Lead and develop multicultural, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client focus. Design and implement training and certification programs (e.g., PMP) to build project management and quality capabilities. Encourage diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement at all levels. 5. Governance & Executive Reporting Establish robust delivery governance with clear reporting routines and escalation mechanisms. Provide regular executive updates on delivery quality, major incidents, and improvement initiatives. Profile 15 years’ experience in senior delivery, project management, or operations roles within international IT services, engineering, or consulting firms. Proven expertise in project portfolio management, process optimization, and quality assurance. Recognized leadership skills with the ability to lead large, multicultural teams and drive a culture of quality. Mastery of project management and quality methodologies (PMP, Lean, Kaizen, ISO, Six Sigma). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
