Mechanical maintenance supervisor

We are looking for a mechanical maintenance supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our mission of being leading expert in our field and providing the best solutions for our customers. Your role responsibilities: * Responsible for the upkeep and general reliability of the equipment. * Ensure plans and strategies are effectively undertaken * To promote the environment and health and safety in the workplace * Delegate work appropriately * Provide your team with development opportunities and coaching. Requirements * NVQ level 3 Engineering (or equivalent) * Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt) (desirable) * Project management qualification or training * Ability to trouble shoot under pressure and make recommendations * Frontline maintenance experience within a continuous process manufacturing facility * Experience of contractor management Hours : Monday to Friday - Days Full benefits package that can be discussed if you call up or apply If you would like to find out more about the role please get into contact with us.
