Sales Support Specialist

Overview SoleChem Srl supplies thousands of chemicals—including Food & Feed additives, Pharma & Cosmetic ingredients, industrial chemicals, fine chemicals, specialities and activated carbon. We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist chemical procurement, order and shipment operations: preparing offers and PIs, entering and tracking orders, coordinating samples, collecting TDS/SDS/CoA, booking logistics under incoterms, and keeping customers informed. Responsibilities Assist chemical procurement, order and shipment operations: preparing offers and PIs, entering and tracking orders, coordinating samples, collecting TDS/SDS/CoA. Book logistics under incoterms and keep customers informed throughout the process.
